The ValueCap team is comprised of seasoned professionals with ample experience in several areas such as senior management, operations, business ownership, entrepreneurship and consulting as well as Business Brokerage / Mergers and Acquisitions, Exit and Succession Planning, and Business Valuation. This level of experience provides a unique level of insight into the challenges facing business owners, what creates value in a business and how to enhance it, what creates risk in a business and how to mitigate it, and what business buyers are looking for.

This enables us to add value, take on special projects and solve problems in ways that can be both creative and cost-effective.
We are happy to speak with any business owner interested in growing or eventually selling their business. In cases where we are not the best fit for each other we do what we can to help. That could mean providing advice, information or making an introduction.
Our ideal client is an owner of a small to medium sized business in the gap between Main Street and the Lower Middle Market with $2M to $15M in revenue and adjusted earnings of $500K to $2M or more. Generally, these are businesses that could benefit from a level of service beyond that of a Main Street business broker, and more cost-effective than a traditional M&A or Private Equity firm.
This does not mean if an owner has a business that falls outside of those ranges, we cannot take on their project or help in some way. We do all the time. Those ranges happen to be where we have found our ability to make an impact its greatest.
We are always happy to connect with talented individuals who enjoy working with business owners. In particular we are looking for two types of individuals. First, those with experience in exit or succession planning. Second, seasoned professionals interested in becoming a Business Broker.
