Mr. Lewis is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years experience in sales, business development and business management. Josh honed his sales skills in the packaging industry before moving on to business development and management positions in construction and consumer retail services.
As a partner in a privately held holding company Josh was involved in the purchasing and daily operations of multiple businesses. In this role, he managed a franchise, and home improvement dealership building out sales teams and operational staff. Mr. Lewis has gained a comprehensive knowledge of franchise startups, from initial interest to final hand-off of operations. His success with LinRic include growing gross revenue by more than 51% year over year from 2003 to 2007 and increasing closing percentages by more than 10%.
For the last 10 years Josh has worked in startup consulting as a partner with William and Hill. In his capacity with William and hill Josh worked with business owners to help them build functional business models, pricing strategies and sales strategies. He also worked on teams that developed businesses and brought them from concept to market. While successful in his business ventures, he understands the challenges of starting a business from the ground up. Mr. Lewis’ hands-on experience, background in sales and management, and exceptional relationship-building skills make him well-qualified to work with both buyers and sellers to ensure positive outcomes.
Josh has a B.S in Business Administration with a double major in Management and H.R.. He and his wife Melissa currently live in Bergen County New Jersey with their son after having spent the last 15 years in Phoenix, AZ and Houston, TX. Josh is an avid golfer in his spare time and also enjoys being outside with his family and coaching his son in baseball.
