We serve business owners in an underserved niche, the gap between Main Street and the Lower Middle Market. Our ideal client is an owner of business with $2M to $15M in revenue, and adjusted earnings of $500K to $2M or more. Generally, these are businesses that could benefit from a level of service beyond that of a Main Street business broker, and more cost-effective than a traditional M&A or Private Equity firm.
This does not mean if an owner has a business that falls outside of those ranges, we cannot take on their project or help in some way. We do all the time. Those ranges happen to be where we have found our ability to make an impact its greatest.
