Beyond his professional endeavors, Chad is a dedicated community leader, actively contributing through volunteerism. He has served on the board of the Small Business Council and presently holds a role on the Ambassador Council for the Rochester Regional Health Foundation.

Outside of his professional and community commitments, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He coaches travel soccer and basketball and is an avid golfer.
