Dan brings more than 20 years of banking experience, with over a decade dedicated to business banking and credit analysis. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with business owners to assess financial health, structure tailored lending solutions, and support long-term growth strategies. 

With deep expertise in tax return analysis, credit underwriting, and relationship management, Dan has a strong understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face when buying or selling a business. His transition into business brokerage with ValueCap allows him to combine his financial acumen with his passion for guiding business owners through one of the most important transitions of their lives. 

Outside of work, Dan is a proud father of two boys, ages 13 and 11, and two dogs, Pepper and Lucille. He enjoys coaching his sons’ baseball and basketball teams, serves on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association, and volunteers with several local nonprofits. In his free time, Dan loves spending time with family and friends, golfing, and discovering new restaurants and local spots.
